FTB Candidates is a recruiting firm. This page explains what we collect about the companies we work for and the engineers we talk to, and what we do with it.

This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for up to 30 days to deal with abuse, then deletes them.

Candidates

If you send us a resume or we contact you about a role, we keep your name, contact details, work history, the notes from our calls and interviews, and your salary expectations. We share a candidate's profile with a hiring company only after the candidate has agreed to be put forward for that specific role.

• We do not sell candidate data or share it with other recruiters.
• We keep candidate records for two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Hiring companies

We keep the contact details of the people we work with, the role briefs you send us and the invoices we issue. Role briefs are shared only with candidates being considered for that role.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ftb-candidates.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
